April Daly
Community Liaison
April brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare services industry, with 13 of those years dedicated specifically to the in-home care sector. Her passion for working with older adults began early, inspired by a close relationship with her grandparents, and has guided her career ever since.
April began her journey in home care as a Quality Assurance Manager, conducting in-home visits, helping match clients with the right caregivers, and assisting with staffing and on-call responsibilities. She later transitioned to a Client Services Manager role at a locally owned, non-medical home care agency. In that position, she conducted assessments, created care plans, and onboarded new clients. Her ability to connect with families and build strong relationships naturally led her to a Community Relations role, where she oversaw sales and marketing while continuing to support clients with assessments.
Beyond home care, April’s diverse experience includes branch management, nurse staffing for hospitals, community relations for an assisted living and memory care community, and work for a company as a Care Navigator and Provider Relations Coordinator providing services for California’s CalAIM initiative, assisting eligible Medi-Cal patients with Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports.
Now serving as Community Liaison at BeyondWell Home Care, April is passionate about empowering older adults to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. She is dedicated to educating the community on topics such as recognizing when it’s time to seek help at home, how to age safely and independently, and the variety of resources available to seniors.
April enjoys collaborating with other senior care professionals to stay informed on additional community support services. In her free time, she loves cooking, attending live music and theatre events, exploring art, and spending time with her family, friends, and beloved pets.
